Privacy standards

A referral is simply a bridge to our services. It never contains sharing data between the 2 parties. The person referring you presents the referral text, and you upload the documentation directly to your own secure portal.

Good practice

• Verify that the person wants to be contacted prior to passing us their details
• Share only the referral code in the messages — exclude banking info & IDs from all correspondence
• Maintain one billing profile per entity to prevent account confusion

Prohibited actions

• Sending us another person's tax documents / portal screenshots / official notices
• Applying the same referral code for distinct buyer accounts
• Asking for discounts to be applied after a payment has already been processed
