COVID-19 Update

At Clarity Tax Group the health and safety of our office staff and clients are our top priority. With the COVID-19 virus having an increasing impact in our community here in Washington State, we want to let you know how our business is addressing this situation.

Currently, our offices are still open for appointments. Here are the proactive steps we have put in place:

1. All clients are encouraged to use our Secure Firm Portal to send us files and exchange documents online. You can access the portal via our website or this LINK.
2. Our offices are currently open Monday and Thursdays only. Most of our team is working remotely in a virtual environment. Please call us at (360) 862-6556 or email info@claritytaxgroup.com if you want to schedule a phone call in lieu of a live visit.
3. To accommodate concerns, we have taken the following additional steps:
   • We have increased the cleaning and sanitation of our offices.
   • Additional alcohol-based sanitizer has been placed around our office.
   • Staff who are feeling ill (fever or cough) are instructed to stay home.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let our team know so we can discuss options.
